culvers-menu.us is an independent, unofficial menu reference website.

It is not owned, operated, licensed, authorized, endorsed, sponsored, approved, or reviewed by Culver Franchising System, LLC, its franchisees, its affiliates, or any related entity.

No content on this Site is an official communication from Culver's. If you need official information, go to the official Culver's website.

2. Trademarks

"Culver's", "ButterBurger", "Concrete Mixer", "Flavor of the Day", "MyCulver's Rewards", and all related names, logos, slogans, product names, and marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Culver Franchising System, LLC.

Other brand and restaurant names appearing in our comparison content — including but not limited to McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Five Guys, and Shake Shack — are trademarks of their respective owners.

We claim no ownership of, and no rights in, any of these marks.

3. Why we can use the name

We use the Culver's name descriptively, for identification only, to accurately describe the subject of our content. This is nominative fair use — the same principle that lets a restaurant review use a restaurant's name.

Specifically:

• We use only as much of the name as needed to identify the subject
• We do not use Culver's logos, trade dress, brand colors as a false signal of origin, or any design element intended to suggest official status
• We take active steps to prevent confusion, including this notice, a footer disclaimer on every page, and independence statements throughout the Site
• We do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval anywhere on this Site

4. What we cannot help with

We have no relationship with Culver's, which means we cannot assist with:
