2. Who may use the Site

Anyone who can form a binding agreement under the laws of their country. If you're under the age of majority where you live, use the Site with a parent or guardian's involvement.

3. Prices, calories, and accuracy

This is the most important thing on this page, so read it carefully.

All prices shown on this Site are approximate and unofficial. Culver's operates as a franchise system, and individual franchisees set their own prices. The same item can differ by several dollars between locations, and prices change without notice.

Calorie counts reflect standard published preparations. Customizations, portion variance, and regional recipe differences change them.

You should treat every figure on this Site as a planning estimate, not a quote. Always confirm the actual price at your local restaurant or in the official Culver's app before ordering.

We make no warranty that any price, calorie count, item availability, ingredient list, allergen note, or operating hour listed here is accurate or current.

4. Permitted use

You may read, print, and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use, and you may link to any page on the Site.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Site operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
