Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

This page explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on culvers-menu.us, why, who sets them, and how to control them. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance pages.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device so it can remember things between page loads — your language, whether you dismissed a banner, whether you've seen a particular ad.

We also use, or our partners use, technologies that work the same way:

  • Local and session storage — browser storage for preferences and page state
  • Pixels and web beacons — invisible images used to measure whether a page or ad loaded
  • Device and browser identifiers — used by ad partners for frequency capping and measurement

"Cookies" below covers all of these.

2. First-party vs third-party

First-party cookies are set by culvers-menu.us. We use very few, and they're functional.

Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services appear on our pages — chiefly advertising networks and analytics providers. We don't control their contents, and the data they collect is governed by their own privacy policies.

3. Categories used on this Site

4. Advertising cookies in detail

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the internet.
  • Opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings https://adssettings.google.com
  • Broader industry opt-outs: https://www.aboutads.info/choices and https://optout.networkadvertising.org
  • EEA and UK readers can review ad technology providers and manage vendor consent through the notice presented on the Site.

Opting out reduces ad relevance — it doesn't remove ads, and it doesn't clear cookies already stored. Clear those using the browser steps below.

5. Consent

Where the law requires it, non-essential cookies are set only after you consent through our cookie notice. You can change or withdraw consent at any time by reopening cookie settings from the banner or footer, or by clearing cookies for this Site in your browser.

6. Controlling cookies in your browser

  • Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Cookies and site data
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari (macOS): Safari → Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Safari (iOS): Settings app → Safari → Block All Cookies / Clear History and Website Data
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data
  • Opera: Settings → Privacy & security → Cookies and other site data
  • Brave: Settings → Shields → Cookie blocking

Blocking all cookies may break parts of this and other websites. Private or incognito windows discard cookies when closed.

7. Mobile controls

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising
  • Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization

8. If you refuse cookies

  • Necessary blocked: parts of the Site may not work, and we may not remember your consent choice
  • Preference blocked: settings reset on every visit
  • Analytics blocked: we lose visibility into which pages need updating; the Site works normally
  • Advertising blocked: you'll still see ads, just less relevant ones, and our revenue from your visit drops

This Site is free to read and carries no email wall. Advertising is what pays for keeping the price tables current.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as our partners, technologies, or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
